At TKO Toy Company, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
